December 12, 2006

5:30 p.m.

Fifteen members representing 13 businesses were in attendance Tuesday, December 12, 2006, for the monthly meeting of the Brownsville Business Association held at Morris Jewelers. Those present were: Jerry Rogers, Elizabeth Moore, Pat Bailey, Sonia Outlaw-Clark, Joyce Moore, Betty and Scottie Morris, Jackie Collins, Albert Campbell, Danny Dean, Vickie McCartney, Harvey Livingston, Richard Carraway, Joe Ing and Pat Cummins.

Betty and Scottie Morris welcomed everyone to their business for a Christmas Open House. Members toured the business and learned more about what goes on behind the scene in the jewelry business. Members were also treated to refreshments and an informal gathering with the opportunity to get to know each other better.

The next meeting of the BBA will be at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 16, 2007, at the Delta Room, Backyard Barbecue.
